Memory

8 channels per CPU, up to 3200 MT/s with one DIMM per channel, 2933 MT/s with two. Faster modules work and run at the platform's speed. Eight channels per socket, so a balanced config wants DIMMs in multiples of eight per CPU.

Processors

Socket LGA4189. Check the CPU is on your server's supported list, and that the BIOS is recent enough for it.
